Pintail inspections conduct non intrusive, visual inspections that focus on the major systems of the home:

All of our inspections are performed to the OAHI Standards of Practice and typically take 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. At the end we review the major points of the inspection with the client. A report will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of the inspection, usually on the same day. Our reports include photos of any issues identified and often include suggestions on how to resolve them.

We encourage our clients to participate during the inspections and ask questions. We will explain how the systems in the home affect each other, what deficiencies have been found and provide recommendations and maintenance tips. Of course every home is different, and none are perfect. Your home inspection is a point in time review and only after living a home can you discover everything about it. That’s why we are available after the inspection to answer any questions that come up later on.
